The Quartering Act
There were quite a few acts that took place back in the time of the American Revolution. They were all acts the British King George and Parliment made to gain back the money they lost during the French Indian War. The acts made quite a lot of the colonists angry. Not all the acts were to get money though, some were just to save. One of these was the Quartering Act. It was to save money on homes so, instead colonists had to let the British soldiers sleep in their beds, eat their food, and use their horses.
